Aluminum Composite Panels

Wrisco Industries Inc. is proud to announce becoming the first distributor of ALPOLIC®, an aluminum composite material(ACM). ALPOLIC® panels are available for both exterior and interior applications, and have been used extensively in exterior architectural applications such as building fascia, cladding service station canopies, store front entryways and column covers. ALPOLIC® is also the ideal choice for signage, store fixturing, food service merchandisers, kiosks, POP displays,trade show exhibits and fascia systems. ALPOLIC®, produced by Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc., is the world leader in composite panel technology.

ALPOLIC®, is an aluminum composite material that's produced by bonding two thin sheets of aluminum on either side of a thermoplastic core to create a composite panel. The aluminum surface has been prefinished, coil coated, prior to lamination in a variety of paint finishes. ALPOLIC® provides an ACM that offers the rigidity of heavy guage sheet metal in a lightweight aluminum faced composite material. ALPOLIC® offers superior flatness, vibration dampening, extreme durability and ease of maintenance.

ALPOLIC® requires no special tools for fabrication, ordinary woodworking and metal working tools are all that are needed. Fabrication techniques are easily accomplished by cutting, grooving, punching, drilling, bending and rolling.

ALPOLIC® is available in both polyester and Megaflon® finishes. PPG/Megaflon® is a high performance second generation fluorocarbon finish that offers the distinct advantage of vibrant colors and multiple gloss levels.
