• Pre-anodized aluminum will take all minimum bend radii as specified by the Aluminum Association.
• Typically, only minor adjustments to current tooling are required when converting from another material.
• The anodic film is integral to the aluminum, extending tooling life.
• Use of vanishing oil during forming eliminates post-cleaning of finished parts.
• Pre-anodized aluminum doesn't need to be post-finished, eliminating the need to treat before or after forming.
• Anodic film can be sealed or unsealed depending on silk screening or painting requirements.
• Pre-anodized aluminum is a clean product with good adhesion characteristics.
• Strippable polyfilm applied for protection during forming can be removed at point-of-sale.
• Provides greater corrosion resistance and better color uniformity.
• More fingerprint-resistant than stainless steel, mill finish aluminum, or other metals.
