Is The Adhesive "Super" or The Substrate AnoGrip^TM?

Coatings, Finishes and laminates attach to AnoGrip^TM anodized aluminum at the molecular level.

The low density of aluminum makes it ideal for high strength, lightweight applications. However, the smooth, non-porous surface creates an adhesion problem for coatings, finishes, tapes, veneers, etc. Although other anodizing processes may increase aluminum's surface porosity, none approach AnoGrip^TM's superior performance.

AnoGrip^TM's Molecular bond holds fast in a full range of ambient conditions.

AnoGrip^TM does not rely on its own adhesion properties to bond with the aluminum. It is not a wash or coating on the surface. AnoGrip^TM is the surface, integral with the aluminum. Virtually impossible to remove, yet AnoGrip^TM is easy to handle and does not adhere to itself.

Test show AnoGripTM maintains the same high shear strength in a variety of environmental conditions: high humidity, under water, high and low temperatures, salt fog sprays and high UV levels. AnoGripTM can be applied to coil as thin as .004" (.18mm) or thick as .100" (2.54mm). It is inherently clear, and will not affect any pre-treatment preparation of the aluminum surface
