Endurex 500 Series is a 1″ insulated architectural panel built around a foam core, designed to extend building life and cut energy costs through insulation, not just weather protection. Eight variants (500, 505, 510, 515, 520, 525, 530, 535) differ by stabilizer type, foam core, and aluminum finish.

500 and 505 use solid plastic stabilizers, the most moisture and impact resistant option, with an extra layer of aluminum behind each stabilizer. 510 and 515 use corrugated plastic stabilizers around a 2lb EPS foam core, more moisture resistant than 520/530 but less impact resistant than 500. 520 and 525 use traditional tempered hardboard stabilizers. 530 and 535 use cement board stabilizers (or optionally 1/2″ or 5/8″ gypsum) for maximum fire resistance, specified for schools and hospitals, often with Polyisocyanurate (Iso) foam for a higher R-value.
If insulation and impact resistance are the priority, 500 or 505 (with Kynar or Anodized finish) are the strongest combination. If the project needs maximum fire resistance, such as a school or hospital, 530 or 535 with cement board or gypsum stabilizers is the purpose-built option.
